KBC’s 2nd Annual CEE Real Estate Conference

Introduction

KBC Bank is hosting its second annual real estate conference to reflect the continued increase in the number of CEE developer fundraisings globally, particularly on the UK AIM market. In the past year KBC Peel Hunt has raised money for two CEE property developers on AIM (Dawnay Day Sirius and Nanette).

This conference is designed to give further insight into the opportunities and the business structures created to meet those opportunities. For this reason, there is a range of businesses presenting their models – including quoted and non-quoted developers as well as AIM listed CEE real estate investment funds.

KBC Peel Hunt’s real estate team comprises of 4 analysts and is rated number two in UK small mid capitalization real estate sector analysis by the Extel survey this year and number one last year.
