Iain Morgan – Head of Market Making
Iain joined KBC Peel Hunt in 2002, becoming head of market making in 2005. During this time he has worked on various pitches in the healthcare, biotech, engineering and real estate sectors.
Iain studied economics at Newcastle University, and was an investment trust trader for both Cazenove and Merril Lynch.

Toma Arpino – Market Making
Toma joined the market making desk at KBC Peel Hunt in 2007, where he works on the Capital Goods Book.
Toma has a degree in Business Management from Exeter University.

Stephen Barr – Market Making
Stephen joined KBC Peel Hunt in 1997 and has been a market maker for ten years. Previously, he was at SG Warburg where he originally joined as a trainee in the settlements department.

Stephen Block – Market Making
Stephen joined KBC Peel Hunt in 1996. He specialised in the retail and food sector, and then moved to making markets in technology stocks. Stephen graduated in 1984 with an Economics degree from UCL, and then spent nine years at Warburgs where he was associate director.

David Curran – Market Making
David joined the market-making desk at KBC Peel Hunt in 2005, where he works on the FTSE 100 book. David has a degree in Economics and Finance from Strathclyde University, and then got a masters in Economics and Finance from Edinburgh University before starting his career at Aitken Campbell in Glasgow.

Ian Dunton – Market Making
Ian joined the KBC Peel Hunt market-making desk in 1999. During the last eight years, he has worked in the property, mining, and oil & gas sectors and now specialises in support services and builders’ books. He has a degree in Accountancy and Finance, and is a qualified certified accountant.

Dean Eynon – Market Making
Dean joined the sales trading desk at KBC Peel Hunt in 2006, before moving to market making. He started at Branston and Gothard and has also worked at Charterhouse Securities, where he managed the institutional flow. After the ING acquisition of Charterhouse Securities, he moved to Credit Agricole Indosuez Cheuvreux, where he gained five years’ experience in client facilitation.

Bruce Gunn – Market Making
Bruce joined KBC Peel Hunt in 2007. Before this he spent seven years at Fortis covering pan-European traded equities, as well as options for European and Asian offices. Bruce also spent three years at Kleinwort Investment Management.

Emma Hunter – Market Making
Emma has worked at KBC Peel Hunt since 1998. She started in the research department, managing the publishing and distribution of research notes. Emma then moved to the sales trading desk two years ago. Among other things, she is responsible for IOI output and the KBC Peel Hunt Directory.

Simon Langman – Director, Retail Broking
Simon joined KBC Peel Hunt in 2003 after spending 14 years at Winterfloods Securities. He was a manager at Harrods, before starting at County Bisgood as a blue button on the stock exchange floor.

Gary Lee – Market Making
Gary joined KBC Peel Hunt in 1998. He has 25 years’ experience in market making at Wedd Durlacher and BZW as a director of trading, and is a specialist in mining, oil & gas and arbitraging.

Duncan Manning – Market Making
Duncan joined KBC Peel Hunt in 2004 to specialise in real estate, market making and sales trading. Previously, he worked at JP Morgan Cazenove for 21 years where he was a director and ran the smaller company market making desk.

David Mansfield – Market Making
David was reunited with past colleagues from Warburg when he joined KBC Peel Hunt in 1999. And for the last three years, he has been an arbitrage trader in far-eastern equities and GDRs.
David started in the checking department of Scott Goff Layton in 1987, which then became Smith New Court. He moved to SG Warburg in 1989 as a blue button, and became a dealer a year later.

Matt Mason – Market Making
Matt moved to market making when he joined KBC Peel Hunt in 2007. After graduating from Manchester University with a degree in Economics, he spent 3 years at Redmayne-Bentley stockbrokers in private client stockbroking.

Adam Peacock – Market Making
After finishing his A-Levels, Adam joined KBC Peel Hunt in 2000 in the settlements department. He then became a market maker in 2005, and has spent the last 18 months specialising in oil and mining.

Robert Terry – Market Making
Robert joined KBC Peel Hunt in 1999 after graduating from Birmingham University in Money, Banking and Finance. He has made markets in various sectors including retail, finance, technology, building and support services. Robert also spent a year on the risk arbitrage/prop desk, and is currently market making on the technology book.
